FamilyRoots is a family heritage platform by iTach Technologies, an ICT solutions company based in Mombasa, Kenya. We help families, clans and family associations build private genealogical trees, preserve their histories and stay connected.
Why we built it
Family knowledge often lives in the memories of a few elders. When they are gone, names, stories and connections are lost. FamilyRoots gives every family a secure place to record those stories, verify them with evidence, and pass them on.
Our principles
- Each family controls its own records.
- Living people and children are protected by default.
- Facts and family traditions are clearly distinguished.
- Money is handled transparently, with proper accounting.
